Agencies face a learning curve to get to mLearning

This is a very interesting article mainly because we have been saying this for months.  It’s one of the few articles that actually address the fact that mobile training is not the same as classroom training.  You simply can’t pick up mobile trainingcontent from stand up delivery and squeeze it into the online / mobile world.

Online and mobile and more importantly the people that use this form of delivery are unlike what has gone before.  In the mobile world…

  • Training should not expand to fit the time allocated to it
  • Training should be in bite sized chunks
  • It should be interactive, multimedia, and experience driven
