Training in 2013

If you have ever wondered why training is still done in groups and normally involves death by power point, so did we.  There really should be a better way which is why in late 2012 we started researching.  One of the main problems we found was that training took its roots form what had gone before.  “This is the way we do things” approach.  So we thought lets take a fresh look.  How would you offer training today if you start with a blank sheet of paper?
